Poricy Park Conservancy will hold its 11th Annual Trail Run/Walk on Saturday, December 6, 2014, in cooperation with the Jersey Shore Running Club. Check-in time is 8:30am; the race will begin at 9:30am at the Nature Center. Poricy Park is located at 345 Oak Hill Road, Middletown, NJ.
In addition to the 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run, there will be a 5 Mile Run for the die-hard runner. The Trail Run is open to all ages, whether you run or walk. Enjoy rolling trails, mostly grass and dirt terrain in the scenic Park. The 5 Mile race will wind through the Park, continue outside the Park onto street pavement through the neighboring development, and return to finish in the Park.
An awards ceremony will be held at the end of the race with trophies being awarded in different categories. Free T-Shirt to the first 100 paid registrations (size not guaranteed after 11/24/14).
Registration fees as follows, if registered before November 24, 2014:
- 5K Run/Walk - $25
- 5 Mile Run - $25
- 12 Years Old & Under - $20
- Fun Run - $12
After 11/24/14, add $5.00 per registrant.
